INITIATIVE

SORTU KULTURA is a comprehensive program designed to train and strengthen cultural agents in the Basque Country, promoting their growth through tools, mentoring and specialized training.

It's also a training program for cultural agents, providing key skills for thriving in the sector, along with guidance and tools for local artists that foster local talent. Through international mentorship with a local perspective, it connects artists with global experts to apply that knowledge locally. In addition, it includes intensive training workshops focused on strengthening the cultural fabric from within.
